This policy explains order cancellation, delivery timelines, and return/refund conditions for purchases made on TupeHub. We aim to be transparent and fair in all our dealings.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Please contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM IST
Handling Time: 0-1 business days (Mon-Sat)
Transit Time: 2-8 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: 2-8 business days globally

Please note that timelines may be slightly affected by holidays or unforeseen logistics delays.

Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in our products. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under these conditions:

Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products are strictly non-returnable. Products marked as "Final Sale" are also ineligible for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
